DZADAP: review and next steps

DZADAP connects requirements, planning, implementation, review and acceptance. Its useful next proof is one real requirement carried through that entire chain, with bounded recovery and an accountable owner.

What the evidence supports

The retained pilot-selection record says the first Branding criterion is selected and owner-confirmed. Its prerequisite delivery and fresh gates still control whether that criterion is usable. The supplied review reports a disposable PostgreSQL rehearsal; this editorial review did not rerun the rehearsal or inspect current host state.

Reevaluation: Criterion selection is already recorded. Reuse that decision and its re-selection rule; do not repeat selection or infer that a rehearsal accepts the live pilot.

The next useful outcome

One genuinely unfinished requirement is implemented, tested, independently reviewed, integrated and accepted, with correlated receipts for restart and duplicate-request behavior.

Separate workstream plan

DZ-01 · Proposed / reuse existing work

Reconcile the pilot binding

Reuse the selected criterion, verify its prerequisites, and confirm the exact executable, plan and applicable operator grant. Refresh changed bindings rather than request a duplicate grant.

Acceptance: A single ready/held pilot record identifies current dependencies and the resolving owner.

DZ-02 · Proposed / reuse existing work

Qualify assignment and recovery

Run the provider-free assignment, duplicate-request and restart sequence through the existing owner route once its execution gates open.

Acceptance: Correlated receipts prove no duplicate accepted effect and truthful restart state.

DZ-03 · Proposed / reuse existing work

Prove P01/P02 on unfinished work

Select the still-unfinished portion of the eligible Branding requirement and reuse the landed intake and lineage components.

Acceptance: The requirement is traced into an actionable bounded packet without recreating completed source.

DZ-04 · Proposed / reuse existing work

Qualify continuation and budgets

Exercise P03/P04/P05 continuation, reviewer/decider execution and cumulative parent-child limits.

Acceptance: Continuation preserves identity, authority and cumulative budget through failure and resume.

DZ-05 · Proposed / reuse existing work

Accept the fault matrix and vertical slice

Complete P06 fault cases and P07 delivery for the selected real requirement.

Acceptance: Independent review and integrated acceptance cover both the feature and bounded recovery.

DZ-06 · Proposed / reuse existing work

Scale after the pilot

Propose P08/P09 concurrent programmes and the three-principal exercise only after the single pilot is accepted.

Acceptance: Each concurrent programme has isolated ownership, limits and independently attributable acceptance.

Dependencies and sequence

Storage headroom, qualified Worker coordination, Delivery Control, a usable Branding prerequisite chain, and a current scoped host grant.

Start with the first eligible unfinished task above, after checking its existing owner and admission. Later tasks depend on the preceding proof where applicable; this ordering does not override a current implementation plan.

Deferred work

Additional programmes, additional principals and provider-backed scale until the single pilot passes.

Evidence and updates

This article combines the supplied 8 November ecosystem review with selected current source and retained planning records. It is an editorial snapshot, not a live service census. Detailed revision bindings and task authority remain in Workspace Docs and private execution records. Publish subsequent accepted changes as linked engineering or release notes rather than silently rewriting this baseline.
