From connected components to accepted delivery

Datazup already has substantial agent infrastructure. The next useful step is convergence: a real requirement moving through communication, execution, review and acceptance, with measured cost and safe recovery.

What changes in this reevaluation

The typed next-action contract has now landed on Scripts main. Memory source has also advanced with opt-in PostgreSQL expiry and retrieval/compression evaluation work. A narrow native Delivery Control report run has an accepted result; the separate implementation/finalization route still needs its own proof. These are reasons to qualify and reuse existing work rather than start replacement implementations.

Three outcomes to pursue next

  1. Close the coordination loop: qualify installed typed next actions, same-task continuation and correlated completion replies.
  2. Accept the corrected implementation flow: prove terminal controller behavior on one real, bounded requirement.
  3. Run the eligible DZADAP pilot: refresh exact host bindings, prerequisites and existing grants before any host effect.

Current storage reserves and runtime qualification are entry checks for these outcomes. This editorial publication does not launch them or resume a paused programme.

Ten areas, one shared delivery model

How progress will be reported

Each area has a dated review and a separate proposed task list. Future engineering notes describe decisions and experiments; release notes record accepted changes. Every claim should say whether it concerns source implementation, integration, host activation or accepted operation.
