Delivery Control Flow: review and next steps
Delivery Control connects planning, execution, validation, integration and acceptance. Its state transitions must reflect evidence: an implemented feature, a review decision and accepted operation are different outcomes.
What the evidence supports
A retained C2 result records an accepted and landed native reevaluation-report run. That narrow success does not complete the broader programme. The supplied review identifies a different implementation flow whose controller finalization failed and whose correction needs fresh native qualification.
Reevaluation: Avoid the blanket claim that no native flow has succeeded. Requalify the affected implementation/finalization route specifically, and reuse the accepted narrow run as evidence only for its own scope.
The next useful outcome
One real requirement completes the granted lifecycle, including bounded failure recovery, with terminal evidence that agrees with the actual integrated result.
Separate workstream plan
DCF-01 · Proposed / reuse existing work
Requalify the corrected route
Run the affected native implementation/finalization path on the corrected reviewer contract under its existing owner.
Acceptance: The controller reaches a valid terminal state with independently accepted evidence.
DCF-02 · Proposed / reuse existing work
Complete goal-to-task transitions
Reuse existing goal, plan and task intake and close only demonstrated automatic-transition gaps.
Acceptance: The approved plan advances through implementation and review without losing its definition of done.
DCF-03 · Proposed / reuse existing work
Accept bounded repair
Exercise retry limits, recovery and uncertain-dispatch reconciliation.
Acceptance: Unknown effects hold dependents; repair never resets cumulative budgets or duplicates accepted effects.
DCF-04 · Proposed / reuse existing work
Report truthful delivery status
Join requirement, source, review, integration and acceptance states.
Acceptance: A status query cannot label source delivery as host or product acceptance.
DCF-05 · Proposed / reuse existing work
Qualify consumer and fleet journeys
Accept the Codev/scripts-app pilot journey before expanding to multi-repository Fleet execution.
Acceptance: The user-visible route and repository effects agree on ownership and terminal state.
DCF-06 · Proposed / reuse existing work
Standardize terminal evidence
Use the existing controller to report limits, stalls, accepted results and owned blockers.
Acceptance: Every terminal result names what passed, what remains and the resolving owner.
Dependencies and sequence
Typed next actions, qualified reviewer/adapter routes, ownership, budgets and an eligible real requirement.
Start with the first eligible unfinished task above, after checking its existing owner and admission. Later tasks depend on the preceding proof where applicable; this ordering does not override a current implementation plan.
Deferred work
Fleet-wide rollout and extra orchestration variants before the selected implementation route is accepted.
Evidence and updates
This article combines the supplied 8 November ecosystem review with selected current source and retained planning records. It is an editorial snapshot, not a live service census. Detailed revision bindings and task authority remain in Workspace Docs and private execution records. Publish subsequent accepted changes as linked engineering or release notes rather than silently rewriting this baseline.
